By booking a SPOT I agree to Ke‘anae ‘Uka Camping Terms & Conditions, Waiver & Release of Liability, and Campground Rules.
KE‘ANAE ‘UKA CAMPING TERMS & CONDITIONS RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION
Reservations can be made at www.keanaeuka.comAll bookings require a confirmation of online availability. You must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid government-issued ID and credit card in your name, and agree to terms & conditions.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due in full at time of booking via major credit/debit cards.
RATES & CAPACITY
Rates can be found at www.keanaeuka.com All rates are subject to 4.166% GE tax. $10 online booking fee.
CAMPING: There is a maximum of 4 persons per camp spot. An additional (over 4 persons) per-person fee applies. ($15 each additional person).
CANCELLATIONS
CAMPING: Payment is refundable outside 48 hrs of reservation, less a $7 administrative fee.
CAMPGROUND POLICY
Guests and visitors agree to abide by all CAMPGROUND RULES located on the information board at Ke‘anae ‘Uka and on our website.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM- 6:00PM, check out time is 9:00 AM.
No tents permitted beyond Conservation Area posts!
Terms & Conditions
The camping reservation includes use of campground area, flushing toilets and showers.
Guests agree to leave all areas as found. REMOVE all trash, use recycling receptacles and trash containers. No items are held or stored, tents or personal items will be removed and donated to a local non-profit.
There is a 3 nights maximum stay for campers, with a 30-day waiting period before next reservation.
Music or noise curfew is 8:30 PM. Failure to comply will result in immediate expulsion from Ke‘anae ‘Uka Camping without compensation.
PARKING
All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area. Place parking permit available at the check-in window visible on dashboard. Parking permit must show vehicle’s license plate number, booking ID, and departure date to be valid.
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Permittee shall not sublet, assign this agreement or conduct business during the event on this site.
In consideration for being permitted by Ke‘anae ‘Uka Camping to participate in gatherings, camping, outdoor and ocean (but not limited to) activities/events, it is understood that such activities/events involves an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks, permittee hereby assume those risks.
Permittee agrees to indemnify and to hold Na Moku ‘Aupuni ‘O Ko’olau Hui, DBA Ke‘anae ‘Uka, (its board members, managers, employees, agents and entities,) free and harmless from any loss, property damage, any and all claims & liability, costs, death, or expense (but not limited to) which may arise out of or in connection with above mentioned activity/event at Ke‘anae ‘Uka, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above.
This is to certify that permittee has informed all family members or group, heirs, assigns and next of kin of the risks and dangers with above mentioned activities/events at Ke‘anae ‘Uka Camping, and as parent(s)/ guardian(s) and with legal responsibility (to any and all under age 18, or such other age of consent as may be applicable in any given jurisdiction, at time of registration) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions Contract and Waiver & Release of Liability agreement.
Permittee has read this Terms & Conditions Contract, Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement and Campground Rules and fully understand its terms; understands that permittee has given up substantial rights by signing it, and signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
Permittee understands that failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions Contract, Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement and Campground Rules may result in immediate expulsion from Ke‘anae ‘Uka Camping without compensation.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM- 6:00PM, check out time is 9:00 AM
All persons must check in, sign agreement & pay applicable fees
Quiet hours 8:30 PM – 7 AM
8” maximum tent stakes only
Be a courteous neighbor
Stoves must be attended at all times
NO Fires
Firewood cutting not permitted
Parking/driving in designated areas only
Valid parking permit must be visible on dashboard
Valid permits must be visible on each sites post
Illegal drugs, drunken/disorderly behavior NOT tolerated
Generators and extension cords not permitted
NO PETS ALLOWED
DO NOT enter Private Areas
No camping beyond grass area
Recycle, no littering, use disposal receptacles
No smoking inside structures & tents
Guests mail and/or parcels not accepted
No trailers or vehicles over 20 feet long
Do not feed wildlife
NO Nudity
Music or noise curfew is 8:30 PM.
Proof of Reservation must be available to showcase via mobile
device for Ke‘anae ‘Uka Security/Caretaker at any time/day or night.
